With Q1: how would this relate to the higher rates of depression often seen in artistic and comedic individuals? Aren’t some of the people who feel saddest also the ones who feel the strongest happiness, or the strongest feelings about anything?

I believe a positive, inquisitive mindset encourages learning. Books, education can teach us so much, but to look around us, from an early age, experiences, teaches so much about the world.

Many of these experiences can contribute to our mind set.

The brain health and development obviously can alter our thought patterns.

In general I believe we train our minds to accept what life shows us.

This being positive or negative about experiences, seeing them as lessons to learn should be a positive, growth.
